Discipline drives growth...

Austin oversees performance infrastructure, data-driven systems, and the operational frameworks that connect strategy to results. Austin leads the deployment of demand engines that integrate analytics and automation with platform intelligence and creative direction, ensuring every campaign is commercially accountable. Beyond executive oversight, he actively engineers the systems governing lead flow, attribution, conversion performance, and scalability—aligning creative output with clear growth objectives.

This fusion allows CAGnite to move beyond surface-level marketing and deliver structured, repeatable growth systems that are both testable and optimized for long-term performance across industries.

Extensive Marketing Expertise Drives Performance.

Prior to co-founding CAGnite, Austin spent 19 years building his career in the legal industry. He grew within a network of law firms, ultimately rising to Vice President of Global Operations for the international firm Milberg. His foundation was built through hands-on progression, beginning in sales and client intake, where he developed a deep understanding of demand capture and consumer behavior.

He advanced into marketing leadership, overseeing lead generation strategy, media performance, and brand positioning, before specializing in technology and operations. In that role, he designed and implemented enterprise-level CRM and operational infrastructure to support scale. His data-driven approach consistently improved lead quality, operational efficiency, and advertising ROI. This end-to-end exposure—from first contact through fulfillment—sharpened his ability to identify bottlenecks, engineer solutions, and align growth with execution.

Today, Austin’s full-spectrum experience is embedded into CAGnite’s operating philosophy. He combines his expertise across sales, marketing, technology, and operations with executive leadership to develop sustainable growth systems. The result is an agency designed to deliver measurable outcomes—where innovation is accountable, systems are intentional, and growth is engineered with purpose.

Austin’s Leadership Philosophy is Rooted in Experience.

Austin’s leadership philosophy is rooted in military service. Following the events of September 11, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the Infantry as an LAV Crewman with multiple combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and completed more than 100 combat missions in Al Anbar Province, Iraq.

Outside of work, Austin is a motorsports enthusiast and racing team owner, competing as a semi-professional NASCAR Street Stock driver. His team, ARC Racing, fields two NASCAR Street Stocks and one INEX Legend car piloted by his daughter. He is also an active volunteer with the Washington Quarter Midget Association, a youth car racing organization that develops the next generation of drivers through mentorship, hands-on learning, and exposure.

“Every breakthrough I’ve had started with discomfort... a new risk, a new challenge, or a moment where staying the same became more dangerous than changing.”
