Prior to co-founding CAGnite, Kaitlin led the marketing efforts for the international law firm Milberg, where she owned content strategy, website oversight, press release development and distribution, and award submission initiatives to expand the firm’s reach. She was responsible for shaping firm-wide messaging across public-facing platforms and translating complex legal materials into clear, accessible content. Her work played a central role in strengthening brand visibility and narrative consistency across global markets.

Kaitlin has also been appointed by the township Mayor to serve on a state advisory committee focused on expanding township grant opportunities. She is the proud Co-Captain of her women’s softball team. A writer from an early age, she has been recognized for her editorial skill and published in national outlets and local publications, while earning multiple finalist distinctions through her screenwriting endeavors. She holds a degree in Communications with a concentration in Journalism from Ramapo College. A prior background in Criminal Justice sharpened her investigative instincts, which now inform her approach to brand storytelling.

Austin’s Leadership Philosophy is Rooted in Experience.
Austin’s leadership philosophy is rooted in military service. Following the events of September 11, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving in the Infantry as an LAV Crewman with multiple combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and completed more than 100 combat missions in Al Anbar Province, Iraq.
Outside of work, Austin is a motorsports enthusiast and racing team owner, competing as a semi-professional NASCAR Street Stock driver. His team, ARC Racing, fields two NASCAR Street Stocks and one INEX Legend car piloted by his daughter. He is also an active volunteer with the Washington Quarter Midget Association, a youth car racing organization that develops the next generation of drivers through mentorship, hands-on learning, and exposure.
